Electrical Service Manager - Industrial

They are currently looking for an Electrical Service Manager to join their expanding team. The role will focus predominantly on working on providing technical knowledge to the team and meet with clients.

Duties Lead and manage a team of 20 field-based electrical service staffPlan, schedule, and oversee electrical service jobs across industrial facilitiesManage budgets, KPIs, and service performance metricsFoster a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all relevant standards and regulationsLiaise with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service deliveryIdentify opportunities for process improvement and team developmentSkills & Experience Proven experience in a similar Electrical Service Manager or Supervisory role within the industrial sectorLicensed Electrician (NSW) with solid technical understanding of industrial systems.Strong leadership, communication, and people management skillsAbility to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced service environmentSound financial acumen and understanding of service-based P&L managementA commitment to safety and quality at all levelsBenefits Join a great culture and continue to grow in your career.Supportive senior leadership and a strong pipeline of industrial clients.Stable, full-time permanent position with a respected industry player.Professional development and career progression opportunities.Fantastic opportunity to take more responsibility in managing a large team.How to Apply
