ReturnToWorkSA (RTWSA) is a statutory authority responsible for insuring and regulating the South Australian Return to Work scheme. The organisation provides insurance that protects South Australian businesses and their workers in the event of a work injury.
RTWSA's mission is to provide a desirable, affordable and durable recovery and return to work insurance scheme for South Australia that reduces the social and economic costs of work injury.
RTWSA has commenced its newly formed Customer Experience (CX) Strategy as one of the key strategic programs of work. The CX Lead is critical to the development, implementation and ongoing success of the strategy and will work with the RTWSA Senior Leadership Team to ensure and embed customer centric insurance and regulatory services. The role will best suit an experienced CX practitioner adept at moving between conceptual design, collaboration, coordination and the hands-on development of human-centred services, processes, tools and practices.
Most important is an unwavering focus on putting the customer at the centre of every framework, decision, system, policy, protocol and initiative.
