    • What you'll be doing
    • Manage and motivate a team of retail associates to consistently provide outstanding customer service
    • Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and loss prevention
    • Analyse sales data and market trends to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies
    • Provide coaching and feedback to team members, supporting their professional development
    • Collaborate with regional and head office teams to ensure alignment with company goals and brand standards
    • Actively participate in the recruitment, selection, and training of new team members
    • Ensure the store is always clean, organised, and visually appealing to customers
    • What we're looking for
    • Experience in a retail management role, preferably in the consumer electronics or audio equipment industry
    • Proven track record of driving sales and profitability, with a focus on customer service excellence
    • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with customers and stakeholders
    • Proficient in using data and analytics to make informed business decisions
