Within our ranks, an industry-renowned Advisory Group focuses on elevating resource development to facilitate the global energy transition through innovative and sustainable strategies. The Role As the EGM, your mission is to ensure ongoing divisional success and growth. Collaborating closely with the CEO, you'll define and execute strategic goals aligned with our organizational vision. As a Senior Leader, you will : Provide strategic direction and high-level leadership Oversee general operations Drive strategic business development initiatives Ensure the delivery of top-tier consulting services Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team Drive continuous improvement initiatives Engage as a panellist, moderator, or presenter at industry events Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices Cultivate relationships with industry analysts, brokers, and equity stakeholders Build and maintain client relationships Expertise in economic project evaluation and due diligence Exceptional report writing skills Extensive experience operating in the mining industry and critical minerals (lithium, rare earths, copper, etc.) Proven consultancy experience (10+ years) Strong business development and client relationship management abilities Skill in navigating ambiguity A strategic, long term approach to your work The Reward As the EGM, you'll take the wheel for our next growth phase, leading your department towards success. Alongside these responsibilities, we offer a generous salary package circa $350,000, complemented by a negotiable STI scheme.
