Chief Executive Officer, CEO

Job Description

Reporting to the Board and working closely with the CFO, the CEO will take full P&L ownership, drive integration across existing and new operations, and lead the business through its next phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and scale the business while maintaining service excellence and client satisfaction.
• Own and deliver against financial targets, safety metrics, and operational KPIs.
• Act as a visible leader internally and externally, representing the business with credibility and influence
• Build high-performing teams and embed a values-led culture across the organisation.
• Provide clear, actionable insights to support data-informed strategic decision-making.
• Cultivate strong client, investor, and stakeholder relationships to support growth and market reputation.
• A Strategic problem solver and a trusted advisor to Tier 1 operators
• Collaborate with the CFO to manage capital planning, budgets, and enterprise risk.
