We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Disability Services Manager to lead a portfolio of Home services in the Sunshine Coast region. You will guide your teams in assisting clients according to their NDIS plans and goals with our services operating 24 hours a day 7 days per week. This key role involves not only overseeing operations but also guiding and motivating a dedicated team.

We have a Fixed Term Maternity Leave contract and a Permanent Full Time position available offering a chance to make a lasting impact on our community and foster growth within your team.

Your strong leadership will create and maintain a personcentred team environment where your team will identify and solve problems to ensure that the people we are supporting are living their best lives and fulfilling their personal and other goals.

Other duties will include :

• Maintaining knowledge of Endeavour Foundations full suite of service offerings and implement strategies to identify and maximise opportunities to increase revenue and profitability.
• Leading guiding and supporting direct reportsin the resolution of escalations and concerns from families / carers / advocates.
• Developing and retaining a qualified workforce within the Portfolio to ensure teams are committed to personcentric supports social inclusion and establishing a professional relationship with individuals.
• Building the portfolio as a centre of excellence in the provision of disability accommodation services.
• Encouraging innovative and integrated approaches to improving the quality of service and streamlining work processes.
