Our staff focus on provide quality industry leading services and aim at training more professional pet groomer and animal attendant, ensuring trainees are empowered to follow their career paths.

  • Key Areas of Responsibility
  • Daily Animal Care

    • Provide routine care and maintenance for animals in our facility.

    Ensure cleanliness of animal enclosures and living spaces.

    Monitor and maintain proper nutrition and hygiene for animals.

  • Vet Assistance

    • Collaborate with veterinary professionals to administer necessary treatments.

    Assist in medical examinations and procedures as required.

  • Animal Training

    • Implement training programs to enhance the skills and behaviors of animals.

    Utilize positive reinforcement techniques for effective training outcomes.

  • Behavior Management

    • Monitor and assess animal behavior, addressing any issues promptly.

    Develop strategies for behavioral enrichment and mental stimulation.

  • Customer Interaction

    • Engage with customers to provide information and assistance regarding animals.

    Educate customers on proper animal care and handling.

  • Animal Comfort

    • Ensure the well-being and comfort of animals through appropriate care.

    Implement measures to reduce stress and promote a positive environment.

  • Equipment Handling

    • Operate and maintain equipment related to animal care and training.

    Ensure the safe and proper use of tools and devices.

  • Documentation

    • Maintain accurate records of animal health, behavior, and training progress.

    Complete required paperwork and reports in a timely manner.

  • Professional Development

    • Stay informed about advancements in animal care, training, and behavior.

    Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.

  • Demonstrated meticulousness and dedication to superior standards.
  • A deep affection for animals and a commitment to their wellbeing.
  • Proven ability to lead and educate other team members.
  • Comfort with the physical aspects of animal care, such as walking, lifting, and restraining different types of pets.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong work ethic and a collaborative approach.
  • Preferably over 2 years experience in animal attendant.
  • Must be fluent in English, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse client base.
