Tax & Business Services Senior AccountantTax & Business Services Senior Accountant1 week ago Be among the first 25 applicantsHall Chadwick is one of the largest and most experienced accounting groups in Australia servicing clients in every major capital city and many regional centres in Australia, with over 100 staff based in Perth.Our Position (full-time role) : One of our Tax and Business Services teams requires aself-motivated and enthusiastic Senior Accountant with 3 to 5 years' experience in their Subiaco office.

The successful applicant will be involved in providing professional accounting, advisory, management and taxation services to a diverse range of clients.Our team are regularly involved in varied assignments working with both large and often complex organisations and well as medium sized businesses.

The successful candidate will be prepared to learn new skills and develop their consulting expertise.The role will suit an Accountant with a desire for research and problem solving and a good understanding of general compliance and taxation issues.The role will include : Preparation of financial statements, tax returns and activity statements for companies, trusts, partnerships, and individualsProviding technical advice on taxation issues to clientsMaintaining and growing client relationshipsSupervising junior team membersAssisting Directors and Managers with tax planning, research, and adviceAttending and participating in training sessions, includingsharing ideas and knowledge with other team members.About You : You will be CA or CPA qualifiedHave a minimum of three years' business service experience in Australia and able to prepare complex individual, company, trust and partnership tax returns.Willing to assist and mentor business services staffCompetent in using Excel and other Microsoft Office products and Xero.You will also possess a high level of initiative and organisational skills, able to manage work for various clients to achieve deadlines.Have strong research and technical skills in relation to taxation issuesCulture and Benefits : The door will be opened to rewarding work experiences within a genuinely professional environment.
