About the Role

A rewarding opportunity exists for an inspiring Area Manager to lead the Northern Queensland region. Overseeing 10+ stores including boutiques, concessions and clearance. The role focuses on nurturing a service-first culture and delivering standout customer experiences. Travel to key areas like Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast is required.

The Area Manager will lead with passion and purpose, driving team engagement, service excellence, and business growth. Collaboration with store teams, VM, and support staff is key to success.

Skills and Experience

• Proven retail leadership, ideally Multi-Site or Area Management
• Customer-first approach with a passion for personalised service
• Strong coaching and team development abilities
• Commercial mindset with performance focus
• Excellent communicator and relationship builder
• Willingness to travel and manage remote teams
