    • We have an opportunity for a

    • Capability Improvement Manager
    • to be part of our People Strategy and Engagement team within the People and Capability Command. The Capability Improvement Manager leads strategic initiatives to ensure that the program of work across people Strategy and Engagement (PSE) is aligned to NSWPF strategic objectives. The role leads continuous improvement projects to ensure an integrated and innovative approach to the design, development, delivery and evaluation of products and services.
