- Ability to communicate sensitively and appropriately.
- Understanding of safe work practices.
- Previous employment experience in the health / Disability care sector.
- Experience in providing mental health care.
- Ability to work independently and accurately report back to supervisors.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Experience in providing quality services that assist people to maintain their independence, dignity, cultural values and religious beliefs.
