Strata Manager

Our building sizes are from 3 lots to 600 plus lots. The position would entail management of your own portfolio of Strata & Community Residential & Commercial buildings. Salary will be commensurate with your experience. Strata assistant wanting the next step is considered

• Strata Manager Main Role
• Managing a tailored portfolio of schemes to match your experience
• Problem solving and resolution of enquiries
• Liaising with owners corporation
• Prepare meeting agendas and minutes
• Chair meetings when required
• Requirements
• Experienced strata manager, must hold minimum registration
• Management skills - efficiency and manage along with legislations, attention to details.
• Interpersonal communication skills, be adaptable, a team player

Schedule :

• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute / relocate :

• Rockdale, NSW : Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
• Experience
• strata management : 1 year (preferred)

Licence / Certification :

• Current Certificate of Registration (strata) (preferred)
• Driver Licence (preferred)
