• Key Criteria
• A minimum of a 3-year diploma or Bachelor degree
• A CELTA qualification or other TESOL credential that includes at least
• 120 hours with a supervised practicum
• Familiarity with the International Phonetic Alphabet (IPA) — American, British, or Australian — and a general understanding of phonetics and phonology
• Willingness to complete a
• short, paid induction and teaching observation
• prior to commencement
• Desired Criteria
• Substantial experience in ESL / EFL classroom teaching
• Working knowledge of major English language proficiency tests (e.g., IELTS, Cambridge, PTE)
