Bookkeeper - Part Time

• Key Responsibilities
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using Flexiquote software.
• Process invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely manner.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure the accuracy of financial data.
• Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.
• Generate financial reports and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or construction environment.
• Proficiency in using Flexiquote software for financial management.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
