Full Stack Java Developer

Peoplebank are recruiting for two Full Stack Developers (Java) to work on initial 12 month contracts (extensions possible) to work on a new, exciting and transformational program of work.

These roles are Adelaide CBD based, and whilst hybrid working is supported, these are not fully remote roles, and you must have full Australian work rights .

Key Responsibilities Will Include

• Design, code and document complex programs and scripts from agreed specifications, using agreed standards and tools, delivering well-engineered results.
• Communicate with BAs and SMEs to define, understand and document business requirements.
• Identify and manage risks that are likely to affect delivery of system releases.
• Develop estimates of effort and duration for development tasks, monitor own progress and continually improve estimating accuracy.
• Report on progress, anomalies, risks and issues associated with allocated development tasks.
• Contribute technical expertise to requirements analysis to enhance the quality of solution design and to improving solution processes within the organisation.

Skills And Experience

Please note, not ALL these technical skills are required and the successful people will be mentored by an exceptional manager, who is happy for people to learn and develop in the role.
