Only if the position cannot be filled with an eligible candidate, will Curtin consider other applicants.About This Opportunity - Teaching AcademicThe School of Education is seeking to enhance its capacity and leadership within Education through the appointment of 1 x Continuing Academics, with appointments at either Associate Lecturer (ALA) or Lecturer (ALB) level, who will undertake teaching and scholarship-related to learning and teaching.

Applicants who hold a doctorate should apply as ALB (Lecturer).

You will need to be passionate about delivering high-quality, modern and innovative teaching and scholarship, and knowledgeable about how that teaching and scholarship (a) informs quality pre-service teacher and early childhood education, (b) supports students, teachers, administrators, academics, community members and policymakers to understand and act on their agency, (c) works to include language, culture and pedagogical traditions of First Nations people, and (d) advocates for equity and excellence in education.As this is a continuing (permanent) role, you will require permanent work rights in Australia to be consideredWe currently have the following opportunities available : Associate Lecturer or Lecturer Full-time (part-time will be considered).
