About Eucalyptus

Eucalyptus (or 'Euc') is an Australian-founded digital healthcare company on a mission to solve major healthcare challenges, including fertility and behavioral change for chronic conditions like weight loss, diabetes, and mental health.

Founded in 2019, we have helped over 500K patients globally by leveraging technology, design, and operational excellence to provide accessible clinical support worldwide.

Our clinics focus on personalized experiences for diverse demographics and are supported by a growing team across five countries : Australia, UK, Germany, Japan, and the Philippines.

We have raised over AUD$150M from investors including early backers of Uber, Canva, and Airbnb. We plan to expand into new markets, channels, and conditions.

Our team is passionate about healthcare, committed to hard work, and dedicated to providing honest feedback to foster impactful changes for global health improvement.

Eucalyptus operates one of Australia's largest telehealth services, working with multidisciplinary clinical teams to deliver primary and preventative care across various conditions. The clinical workforce mainly comprises experienced GPs, doctors, and nurse practitioners dedicated to accessible, effective care.

The Patient Operations team manages every clinical interaction with patients, including our Medical Operations (MedOps) team, which oversees a 100-person practitioner workforce delivering 25,000 consultations monthly while maintaining high standards of quality, reliability, efficiency, and cost.

We seek an exceptional individual to join this team. Reporting to the MedOps Operations Manager, this role involves working closely with Clinical and Medical Support teams to execute our strategic roadmap and improve patient access and care reliability.
