Cultivate and nurture key client relationships as their trusted valuation advisorDeliver precise, independent residential property valuationsConduct thorough site inspections and detailed property assessmentsCreate comprehensive valuation reports that exceed industry standardsApply sophisticated valuation methodologies across various property typesEnsure full compliance with IVS / API / IFRS reporting requirementsMonitor market dynamics and maintain robust comparable sales databasesUtilise JLL's proprietary technology to enhance valuation processesContribute to continuous improvement of valuation methodologiesShare market intelligence across our collaborative team networkMaintain professional CPV accreditation and ongoing education

CPV qualificationStrong understanding of property valuation principles and practicesExceptional analytical and numerical skillsMeticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracyProficiency with Microsoft Office and adaptability to learn proprietary systemsOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsConfidence engaging with diverse stakeholders at all levels
