• About the role

Reporting to the CFO, this newly created role will be responsible for managing and overseeing all capital management activities across VMCH.

Key areas of focus will include extensive feasibility modelling to inform commercial and strategic decisions, project evaluation and treasury management.

This position will work closely with the property services team and is part of the finance leadership team.

You have extensive experience in a similar role where you were responsible for treasury, commercial finance, business / feasibility modelling, project evaluation, balance sheet management and M&A assessment.

You have outstanding communication skills and a strong track record of influencing decisions among senior leaders within a large, complex, corporate environment.

Your energetic disposition, drive, integrity, and commitment make you a strong leader and a valuable contributor when working in a team environment.

You are detail-oriented, well organised and understand the importance of assumptions and data integrity.
