Retail Sales Assistant

We are seeking an outgoing and knowledgeable individual to join the team as a Casual SALES Assistant at our Bundoora store for coming summer season.

This position will suit a person who is focused and motivated with a strong background in retail sales and solution selling. Also for someone who is looking for weekend work.

• Key responsibilities include : _
• Greeting customers and providing excellent customer service
• Giving advice and solutions to customers
• Achieving KPIs and sales budgets
• Processing sales orders and quotes
• Work in a team environment to help achieve business objectives
• Stocking shelves with merchandise and general housekeeping
• Set up in-store promotions and merchandising
• Be involved in stock control and management
• Receipting, managing and ticketing large amounts of stock
• Being responsible for processing cash and card payments.
• Dealing with customer refunds
• Reporting discrepancies and problems to the management team
• Water Testing for customers
• Other tasks and duties as directed
• Administration work including raising purchase order or receiving

It is a casual position to start with but can lead to permanent full time position depending on the performance.
