Following an interior refurbishment that took six months the Rocksia Hotel now boasts a state-of-the-art sports lounge, a complete bistro makeover and the addition of a dedicated function space in the upper level of the venue. - Oversee daily operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow
- Contribute to the training and development of team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Assist in leading and motivating a team of employees to achieve venue and company goals.
- Handle various administrative duties, including scheduling, payroll management, and other tasks as assigned.
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving issues, addressing customer inquiries, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the management team to oversee and enhance operational processes, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
- Assist in monitoring and managing inventory levels to optimise stock availability and minimise excess or shortages.
- Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager in a hospitality setting
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Current RSA and RCG certifications
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
