People & Culture Officer opportunity at leading financial services organisation
Part-time opportunity - 3 days per week | $85k package FTE | 6 month contract
Location : Brisbane preferred (will also consider Sydney or Melbourne)
Are you passionate about delivering great employee experiences and supporting a high-performing HR function? We’re looking for a People & Culture Officer to join a well-known financial services organisation on a 6-month max-term contract, part-time basis.
You’ll be a key part of a collaborative People & Culture team, supporting onboarding and employee lifecycle processes, with a strong focus on accuracy, responsiveness, and customer service.
What you’ll be doing :
Supporting the onboarding process, employee movements, and offboarding across the business
Responding to HR queries via phone and email, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions
Managing employee records and ensuring data accuracy across systems
Providing administrative support across the People & Culture function
Advising employees and leaders on HR processes and the use of self-service tools
Supporting broader People & Culture initiatives and contributing to key projects
What we’re looking for :
Previous experience in an HR support, onboarding, or talent coordination role
Confidence using Workday is essential
Strong administrative and organisational skills with high attention to detail
Great communication skills and a customer-centric approach
A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
