Are you an experienced aged care leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care? We are seeking a compassionate and results-driven Service Manager to lead a well-established residential aged care home in Toowoomba.

About the Role :

This role is ideal for either clinical professionals or experienced operational leaders in the aged care sector. What matters most is your ability to lead with empathy, drive quality outcomes, and foster a culture of respect, safety, and continuous improvement.

In this role, you will :

Oversee the day-to-day operations of a residential aged care service

Lead, support, and develop a diverse team of clinical, care, and support staff

Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and organisational values

Build strong, respectful relationships with residents, families, and community stakeholders

Manage budgets, service performance, care quality, and continuous improvement initiatives

Champion a positive workplace culture and high team engagement

About You :

Proven leadership experience in residential aged care – clinical or non-clinical

Strong decision-making and communication skills

Deep understanding of aged care standards, funding models, and compliance systems

Passion for high-quality, person-centred care and team development

Comfortable leading through change with a proactive, collaborative mindset

Qualifications & Requirements :

Tertiary qualification in Nursing (required for clinical applicants)

Current AHPRA registration (if applicable)

Demonstrated experience managing clinical and care teams in aged care

Knowledge of accreditation, quality frameworks, and evidence-based practice

Experience managing budgets and business operations

Valid Queensland Driver’s Licence

Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or Police Check (or willing to obtain)
