• How will I help?
• Provide superior support to property relationship director and bankers at St George
• Be responsible for retaining and growing customer value by fulfilling customer needs and enquiries through unmatched services to drive growth and deepen relationships.
• Work closely with the key internal stakeholders, such as Transactional, EF and Property and to ensure best solutions for our customers.
• Act to balance service levels, operational effectiveness, and quality and risk exposures.
• Have a passion for customers and improve their experience by focussing on improving the drivers of customer experience.
