The Role :
We’re looking for a Digital Performance Specialist to lead paid digital marketing across key channels, including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest. You’ll drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue through full-funnel campaign strategies across both Skechers and Dr. Martens.
This is a hands-on, performance-focused role suited to someone who thrives on data, testing, and continuous optimisation. You’ll work closely with Brand, eCommerce, Creative, and CRM teams to ensure campaigns align with trade priorities and customer goals.
Reporting to the Head of eCommerce and operating as an individual contributor, you’ll manage campaigns end-to-end — from audience targeting through to landing page experience, in partnership with the digital team. You’ll also help shape SEO strategy and ensure paid and organic activity are working in sync to maximise results.
