Overview
This is a great opportunity to work within a Midwifery Team and join a maternity team engaged in contemporary models of care. Utilising your midwifery skills and experience you will provide midwifery care within our maternity services across a variety of health service and community settings atMt Barker. Developing from a competent to a proficient practitioner you will provide proficient personcentred clinical midwifery care to patients using the maternity service. You will promote continuity and consistency of care in collaboration with the Midwifery Unit Manager and Associate Midwifery Unit Manager assisting with the implementation of practice changes as required. You will accept accountability for your own practice standards activities delegated to others and for the guidance and development of less experienced midwifery staff.
