Interior Designer

SPAX Architecture is a boutique architectural studio based in Perth. We are seeking an Interior Designer to join our progressive practice and a team of highly motivated and talented staff.

• Professional Experience
• Approximately 5+ years of local experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in small, medium, and large-scale multi-residential and mixed-use projects from the schematic to the delivery stage is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with R-Code, NCC, and relevant Australian Standards.
• Experience with design approval processes for major shopping centers.
• Experience in local council negotiations.
• Experience in construction documentation.
• Advanced Revit skills are essential.
• Ability to manage project progress, whether local or off-site.
• Experience in managing external consultants and dealing with local authorities.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
• Education Background
• Degree in architecture or interior design from a recognized university.
• Personality
• Passionate about design with excellent communication skills.
• Eager to learn and committed to delivering outstanding work.
• Strong work ethic and a "can-do" attitude.
