- What the role looks like
In this varied role, you will have the opportunity to deliver a range of exciting organisational development initiatives at Aspect. As Organisational Development Consultant you will :
- Support the delivery of workforce strategies by contributing to the development of, and coordinating the implementation of, organisational development programs and solutions
- Focus on organisational culture, leadership development, succession planning, diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging initiatives
- Contribute to the ongoing development of Aspect's workforce management system, in particular organisational development frameworks, tools, resources and processes
- Lead continuous improvement of People, Culture & Safety processes and tools to ensure inclusive practice
- Who are you?
We are looking for someone who :
- Has experience successfully coordinating change and continuous improvement in the context of organisational development programs and solutions
- Is motivated to influence positive change through delivery of impactful organisational development projects and initiatives
