About the OpportunityBased in our Canberra Office, the purpose of this role is to provide dedicated administrative support to the Chairman of the Board and view the association of EA and Chairman as a long-term collaborative partner.
Reporting to the Chairmanl, this position provides optimal delivery of high-quality, professional and efficient assistance Additionally, the role supports the administrative operations of the office, working collaboratively within the support team.

Your role will be responsible forProviding high-level administrative support to PrincipalCoordinating requests for information from stakeholders and providing a professional first point of contact.Managing complex executive diaries, including scheduling, negotiating appointments and meetings and organising associated and supporting documentation.Drafting and preparation of presentations and reports.Expense and corporate credit card management and reconciliation.actions.Working independently and as part of a team - proactively displaying initiative and flexibility to update and implement new policies and processes.About YouWe'd like to hear from you if you have the following experience and skillsExperience in a similar role as an EA or PA in a corporate environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong time-management and organisational skills and the ability to organise and coordinate multiple projects at once, including aligning, and situational adaptability / change and ability to manage conflicting priorities.High proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools, with aptitude to learn new software and systems.Clear and sound judgement will flow from a focus on providing pragmatic solutions using data to support decision-making.Excellent skills and experience building trusting and collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Ability to negotiate and influence effectively.Must have a keen sense of initiative by being a self-starter, with a proactive approach to tasks and collaborations..This role represents a great opportunity to showcase your skills within a dynamic, fast paced and high-performance culture
