Job descriptionLead the preparation and delivery of statutory planning applications and strategic planning advice Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards Provide expert written and verbal advice to clients, authorities, and key stakeholders Present at panels, tribunals and community or regulatory forums as required Mentor and support junior planning staff, providing clear guidance and feedback Build strong relationships with clients, government bodies, consultants, and community representatives Identify new business opportunities and contribute to proposals and client engagement strategies Tertiary qualification in Urban and Regional Planning. In-depth knowledge of WA statutory and strategic planning frameworks Strong report writing, presentation, and communication skills Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality outcomes Strong analytical, negotiation and problem-solving capabilities Demonstrated leadership potential and desire to mentor and grow a team A collaborative approach and commitment to professional integrity
