Supporting Recovery Practitioner (Family, Domestic and Sexual Violence)THE ROLE –
- Trauma-Informed Service Delivery : Provide long-term support to victims of family, domestic, and sexual violence who are experiencing mental health challenges.
- Risk Assessment and Safety Planning : Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and safety plans for victims, including children and young people, as mandated by the MARAM Framework.
- Accessible and Inclusive Support : Offer accessible services to all victims, regardless of their background, ensuring that support is tailored to their individual needs.
- Care Coordination and Case Management : Coordinate care and case management for victims, connecting them with trauma-informed mental health services.
- Promoting Healing and Recovery : Assist victims in their journey towards healing and recovery from the trauma they have experienced.BENEFITS – What Quantum offer;
