  • Fair Play OOSH is looking for a passionate & driven part time Educator to join our team.
  • Fair Play OOSH is a small privately owned and operated OOSH company wanting to be the best at what we do and not the BIGGEST. Yes, we are running a business but our number one priority is to ensure our staff are given the tools to succeed and that ALL children are given the option to attend OOSH and that money is no barrier.

    Our programs for both school term and vacation care are excellent and we are known in the industry for delivering outstanding service while our families are receiving value for money when sending their child / ren to Fair Play OOSH.

    We have 10 services located in Booragul, Edgeworth, Garden Suburb, Anna Bay, Tanilba Bay, Redhead, Woodberry Barnsley, Blackalls Park and Branxton

    • About You
    • Educator Role :

    • Passion and Drive for working with children. Experience in the sector is not essential as we will offer training, but what is needed is passion, drive and reliability.
    • Experience or willingness to learn in programming for school aged children that responds to each child's well-being, positive sense of identity and confidence as a learner and participant
    • Ability to build and maintain strong positive relationships with staff and families
    • Ensuring the health and safety of the children in their care
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills
    • Ability to build partnerships with families and the local community
    • First aid 004, WWCC, child protection - willing to obtain
    • Passionate and driven for the sector
    • Fun and want to be part of a team attitude
    • LR or willing to obtain licence
    • Experience in an OOSH role desired
