Disability Support Worker - Acacia Ridge

Right at Home Greater Logan assists clients who require care services whilst living independently at home. We are currently seeking Disability Support Workers who are located in the

• Acacia Ridge, Sunnybank, Calamvale, Inala and Forest Lake
• areas for several of our clients. We are looking for
• experienced
• carers who love growing long-term relationships, with a high-quality service, based in the community. Tasks involved in this position will be Personal Cares, Social Support, Domestic Assistance, Transport and many more. Previous aged and disability experience will be
• highly regarded

• Certificate III / IV in Aged, Disability or Individual Support (for position including Personal Care tasks)
• Australian National Police Check
• Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
• Yellow Card / NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
• Drivers license and your own vehicle
• Proof of COVID-19 vaccinations
• Be willing to travel within the whole of Logan City (approximately 30 minute radius)
• Must be available to work
• week ends & evening shifts (essential)
• Experience with
• complex behaviours and high care clients (essential)

• standing hoist.
