About the role

We are seeking two dedicated and reliable Cleaners to join our team and service a large school client.

Classification : Level 1

Rate : $29.73 per hour, plus other allowances as applicable

Hours : Monday to Friday, 4 : 00pm / 5 : 00pm to 8 : 00pm. Additional fill in shifts may be available from time to time.

Location : In and around Salisbury East

Key responsibilities

Clean and disinfect bathrooms and kitchens, including toilets, urinals, dispensers, sinks, mirrors
Waste, rubbish, recycling removal
Vacuum and wash floors, paying particular attention to corners and edges
Dust areas in scope of cleaning
Replace and replenish provided supplies, eg. toilet paper, liquid hand soap, bin liners
Spot clean walls and other areas as required and remove cobwebs or other unsightly items
Monitor cleaning stock levels and communicate with Manager as needed

Key requirements

Have the right to work in Australia, hold current national police check, and working with children check

Have a driver licence and reliable personal vehicle to travel to place of work

Previous commercial cleaning knowledge and experience would be advantageous

Ability to work autonomously, use initiative, and manage tasks effectively

High level of customer service skills with a friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and passion for cleanliness

Have an acceptable level of physical and mental fitness
