• Full-time Traineeship (12 months duration)
• Qualification
• Fee-free Certificate IV in Information Technology
• Key Responsibilities
• Assisting with the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT systems
• Supporting the team with software installations, hardware repairs, and network configurations
• Learning to provide technical support to users, both in-person and remotely
• Collaborating with experienced IT professionals to resolve IT-related issues
• Developing your knowledge of IT security, system administration, and cloud technologies
