Job DescriptionAccelerate your successby becoming an Assistant Valuer within our highly regarded and market leading Valuation and Advisory team based in Melbourne CBD. This is a rare opportunity for a recent property graduate or second / third-year student looking to work alongside and be mentored by our experienced team of market leading specialists.
You will be exposed to and assist in performing detailed valuations with a focus on Melbourne's Prime Office asset class, and work on many of Melbourne's most iconic assets.
You will undertake a wide variety of tasks including asset inspection, analysis of sale and leasing evidence, cash flow modelling, report writing and client communication.
QualificationsTo be successful you will need to demonstrate :
Strong attention to detail.Proficient writing skills.Ability to build relationships at all levels of the business.Ability to network and build relationships with clients.Intermediate to Advanced level MS Excel and Word skills.Proactive and self-motivated – keen to add value to the team.Your strong numerical analysis and problem-solving capabilities, coupled with exceptional communication, organisational and time management skills will ensure success in this rewarding role.
