- Key responsibilities
- Building and maintaining excellent relationships with clients
- Conducting Owner Corporation (OC) meetings
- Committee and OC liaison
- Prepare financial budgets and send meeting agendas
- Respond to arrears / repairs and maintenance requests
- Ensure issues are followed up promptly
