We’re looking for a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our home care team at Enrich Living. Our mission is to help people remain happy and healthy in the comfort of their own home. As a member of our myHomecare Nursing team, you’ll thrive on providing the highest level of medical and personal care to some of our community’s most vulnerable. So, what does the role entail?

As a Registered Nurse You Will

Conduct clinical and personal care duties, with a holistic approach to in-home patient care :

• Provide clinical judgement, creativity and sensitivity to develop care plans that are aligned to the client’s assessed needs.
• Monitor chronic and palliative conditions.
• Assess wounds and attend to dressings as per the care plan.
• Monitor and assist clients to use continents devices and change the IDC and SPC.
• Assist with showering, bathing, shaving, dressing, toileting and denture care, and a range of other personal care duties.
• Provide a high level of holistic care including social, emotional, spiritual support.
