We are on the look out for an Assistant Store Manager to join the team in our Newport store.
Your duties and responsibilities will include :
- Assistance in coaching and training new & existing team members.
- Creating a positive environment for your team and customers.
- Store financial reporting such as stock take, payroll and in-store cash maintenance.
- Rostering of team members.
- Maintaining daily tasks such as customer service, console operation, stocking shelves, etc.
- Driving store success with set targets and KPIs.
- Passion and excitement for customer service - most of the time this role will be customer facing
- Fast-paced leadership experience and a lead by example approach (willing to get your hands dirty!)
- Enthusiasm and ability to coach and motivate your team to succeed in an ever-changing environment
- Strong communication skills, and the ability to influence team members
