About the role.
We are currently looking for Customer Support Contact Centre Agents! Opportunities are full time and part time, based at either of our Support Office locations in Melbourne (Burnley) or Perth (Rivervale).
You will be required to attend the Support Office 3 days per week with the ability to work from home the other days of your choosing if you wish.
Reporting to the Customer Support Team Leader, all rosters include working either a Saturday or Sunday.
What's Involved.
Maintain and exceed consistent KPI'sManage orders post-sale including supplier follow up, customer service, order fulfilment and deliveryBuild strong supplier, customer, and stakeholder relationshipsDevelop an extensive understanding of product sourcing and pricingFlexibility with rosters is a must as we work across 7 days from 6am to 9pm AEST including Public Holidays.You'll need :
Call / Contact Centre experience is preferred but not requiredA passion for customer service and a friendly and helpful mannerAttention to detail and care for follow upThe ability to operate in a fast paced, growing environmentTime and priority management skills, ability to work to deadlinesConfident in the use of PCs, basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and a minimum of 40 wpm typing speed.Minimum G3 Experience for internal applicants currently working at Bunnings.You'll be part of a workplace where you'll feel like you belong.
