• What You Will Do
• Key Responsibilities
• Assigned tickets to resolve in sustainment / support
• Provide Maintenance and support services - bug fixes / enhancements
• Engages with the customer to understand business requirements
• Experience / Knowledge / Competencies You Will Need
• Experience with Relational Database Fundamentals
• SQL (Data searching / manipulation and T-SQL scripting
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal - mandatory)
• Energetic self
• starter
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to be proactive while managing multiple priorities
• Ability to work both individually and collaboratively with a team
