We are recruiting exceptional in-home care support workers to join our team in to ensure we are providing holistic care for our clients.

When you join Live Well Home & Community Services, you become part of a dedicated, multi-disciplinary team that is redefining the benchmarks of Aged Care in the industry.

Locations : Wyong, Yarramalong, Gorokan and surrounding suburbs

Responsibilities :

  • Provide personal care and support to elderly clients in their homes
  • Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Help with meal preparation and feeding
  • Provide companionship and engage in activities with clients
  • Assist with mobility and transportation to appointments
  • Perform light housekeeping duties
  • Transport to medical appointments and social outings.
  • Monitor and report any changes in clients’ health or behaviour.

Preferable :

  • Certificate III in Aged Care / Individual Support or equivalent
  • Previous experience in aged care, NDIS or a similar role is preferred
  • Background :

  • Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Requirements :

  • Availability for casual shifts
  • Valid police check / or NDIS Check
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
