Educational Leader Required

Evergreen is a well-established and highly regarded centre which has been part of our local community for 6 years! T

We are looking for an innovative leader who will manage, mentor and guide our Educators. You will be supported by a hands-on Approved Provider, Centre Manager and People & Culture Manager

• Essential Criteria
• A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or Diploma of Children's Services
• You will be responsible for ensuring that high quality Education and Care is provided.
• Maintaining our close and collaborative relationships with children, families and the local community
• Responsible for educators across all of the rooms. Your skills with leading, mentoring and developing connected relationships within the centre team is essential
• You will ensure the centre is compliant with the EYLF, NQS and Education and Care Services National Law & Regulations
• A current First Aid Certificate, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
• Current Working With Children Check

• 21.84 - $33.00 per hour

Schedule :

• 8 hour shift

Ability to commute / relocate :

• St Marys, NSW 2760 : Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
• Experience
• Teaching : 1 year (preferred)

Licence / Certification :

• Working with Children Check (preferred)

Work Authorisation :

• Australia (preferred)
