Our Sales and Service teams support over 1.3 million RAC members providing exceptional experiences every day across both our Contact Centres and Member Service Centres. In this role, you’ll lead a group of dedicated Team Managers and Member Soultions Leads within our onboarding team who are responsible for the transition, training, and development of new Sales and Service employees.
You’ll ensure they are supported, engaged, and well-prepared to deliver exceptional service and sales outcomes for our members. Our dedicated frontline consultants are helping members through breakdowns, consulting on the best insurance and products to meet their needs and helping them get the most value out of their membership with RAC.
