Build, manage, and support the existing Core Infrastructure, Data Centre Facility & Operations (24 / 7 support) for one of the largest Australian Telecom Service providers.Drive customer relationship management and serve as the key business interface for the customer.Ensure the success of customer objectives by managing the planning and execution of contractual obligations and coordinating internal, partner, and customer resources to achieve key service milestones.Manage escalation processes—ownership, facilitation, action plan development, coordination, and closure.Oversee governance deliverables—plan and conduct fortnightly Operational Service Performance reviews (OSR), develop service improvement plans, operability index, and initiate go-green initiatives.Take end-to-end ownership of service delivery, including service transition, transformation, migration, and operations.Manage SLAs / KPIs to ensure service delivery milestones are achieved.
