- You will
- Lead, direct and coordinate the development and implementation of the data roadmap that aligns with the organizational strategy and plans with emerging technology solutions.
- Design and build shared and secured database environments to meet business requirements.
- Provide extensive technical and strategic advice and guidance in the creation and implementation of data standards, databases, and metadata structures.
- Manage and lead a dynamic team on complex investigations, technical troubleshooting, and data management best practice.
- Stakeholder Engagement and prioritising work - develop and maintain strategic partnerships with relevant stakeholders to promote engagement and mutual benefit.
- You will need
- Tertiary Qualifications in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data / Information Management, Statistics, Mathematics, or equivalent industry experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Tech Stack (SSIS and Azure)
- Hands on experience with ADF, SQL server database, Microsoft SQL Management Studio, business intelligence tools (Power BI) and Python / R programming.
- Demonstrated leadership skills including the ability to define Data Services and Business Intelligence strategic initiatives and contribute to data change in a dynamic and complex operating environment.
- Proficient at leading teams
- Demonstrated experience managing complex data projects
- Excellent communication skills, negotiation and relationship building skills, including the ability to successfully develop business cases.
