Full Time Assistant Store Manager Prouds Strathpine

A new and exciting opportunity has become available for an ambitious sales driven leader to join our Prouds the Jewellers team in Strathpine. You will be working closely with the Store Manager to ensure operational excellence and most importantly inspiring the team to achieve sales results.

• What we are looking for
• Experience in supervising, inspiring and leading a high performing team
• An understanding of running a successful business with a current track record of achieving beyond personal and store sales targets and KPIs
• Ability to provide a personal and memorable customer service experience
• A passion for merchandising and stock management whilst thriving in a busy sales environment
• What you will be doing
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to drive the store and Team Members to achieve KPIs and sales targets
• Lead by example in creating exceptional customer service experiences whilst achieving your personal sales targets
• Coach and train our Team Members to become top performers
• Provide high standards of stock management and shrinkage control
• Excellent merchandising experience to showcase our range of products in line with promotional set up guidelines
• Operational requirements including stock replenishment, ticketing of stock, customer repairs, general housekeeping and retail business administration tasks.
