About the Role
The Support worker within Parkerville’s Our Way Home program is responsible for supporting the holistic, therapeutic and trauma informed day to day care of Parkerville clients. The support worker is responsible for working as part of the care team in ensuring the delivery of actions as identified within the child’s My Plan, Safety Plan, and other relevant documents. The support worker will work under the general direction of the Therapeutic Team Leader and other full time care staff.
This role will be offered on a Permanent, Part-Time basis, with the expectation that the successful candidates will be able to work flexibly, with shifts being on a rostered basis.
