MANAGER CAPABILITYThis opportunity offersOngoing employmentFull time role & 35 hour working weekAttractive annual salary $117,780 - $129,789 p.a. plus 10.5% superannuationOne day off per calendar month every financial yearLocation : Batemans Bay (Relocating to Moruya)Ongoing learning and developmentReporting to the Area Commander, the Manager Capability is responsible for leading the resource-to-risk planning and management of the area to ensure that all resources are able to effectively respond to incidents and reduce bush fire risks to the community.
The role works in collaboration with the Area Commander. Manager Community Risk, Manager People and Business and other staff across the organisation to ensure successful operational outcomes across the Area. This role is currently based in Batemans Bay (relocating to Moruya) at the South Eastern Area Command Office, which is one of seven Area Commands across the NSW RFS.
