Receptionist Education Sector

Location : Parramatta

Full-Time | Temporary 6 month

We are urgently seeking an experienced and professional Receptionist to join a well-regarded organisation in the education sector. Idealyl for someone who thrives in a front-of-house role and enjoys working in a dynamic, people-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage a busy front desk, greeting students, staff, and visitors with warmth and professionalism
• Handle incoming calls and direct enquiries appropriately
• Provide general administrative support to staff and leadership teams
• Maintain meeting room bookings and coordinate appointments
• Ensure the reception area is tidy, welcoming, and well-organised
• Hours 9am-5pm
